Perhaps your first mould set before you were quite ready. Or maybe the first one turned out so well that you fancy another. The Clone a Willy Moulding Powder Refill gives you one fresh 85g bag for the mould-making stage of the Original kit.

Mix the alginate with water as directed. It sets around the shape you’re copying, leaving the mould ready for the casting silicone. The powder makes the mould itself. Your casting silicone comes from the kit or a separate refill.

Keep a bag handy if you like having a second go up your sleeve. It’s a small bit of preparation that makes the whole project feel a little more relaxed.

Product Details

This refill goes into the first stage of your project. Once the mixed alginate has set, you’re left with a mould to fill with the separate casting silicone. If you’re buying supplies for another cast, check that you’ve got enough silicone ready for that second stage as well.

The box contains the single-bag refill for the Original kit. Look for “Original” on your kit before choosing. The Plus kit has its own moulding powder refill.

Best For

A second try at getting the mould right, or a fresh project when you already have the other supplies. If you’re making your first keepsake together, a spare bag can make it easier to laugh off a wobbly first attempt.
