Order by noon for same-day dispatch via Australia Post with tracking. Orders placed after noon are dispatched the next business day.
Is shipping discreet? What appears on my bank statement?
Orders are sent in plain, discreet packaging with no indication of what is inside or who it is from. On your bank statement, the charge will appear under our official business name, The Love Shop.

My item is faulty or arrived damaged — what happens next?
