Yes. Order by noon for same-day dispatch via Australia Post Express Post with tracking. Orders placed after noon dispatch the next business day.

If it’s not quite right, return it within 30 days in its original, unopened packaging for a store gift card (no expiry). For lingerie and wearable items, returns are accepted if unworn/unused, tags attached, and original packaging intact. Please note: return postage is at your cost.
Something not working as promised? We’ve got your back. Email sales@theloveshop.com.au within 30 days of purchase. We may request a clear photo or short video to assess the fault. If confirmed, we’ll replace it with free shipping—or refund you in full if a like-for-like isn’t available. (Misuse or physical damage isn’t covered.)
