No. We don’t offer customer accounts or loyalty programs, and we never send promotional emails or texts. Your privacy is our priority. Extra logins and third-party rewards schemes can increase the risk of unauthorised use, so we simply don’t allow them. We only contact you about your current order (confirmation, tracking, or support)—nothing else.
Yes. Order by noon for same-day dispatch via Australia Post Express Post with tracking. Orders placed after noon dispatch the next business day.
Absolutely. We use plain, unbranded packaging—no logos or product names. Sender details are neutral, and your bank statement shows our registered business name, The Love Shop (never product details).
Yes—Free Express Shipping on all orders over $100. Below $100, we have a flat Express rate of $12.50
Yes. We happily deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers anywhere Australia Post services.
If it’s not quite right, return it within 30 days in its original, unopened packaging for a store gift card (no expiry). For lingerie and wearable items, returns are accepted if unworn/unused, tags attached, and original packaging intact. Please note: return postage is at your cost.
Something not working as promised? We’ve got your back. Email sales@theloveshop.com.au within 30 days of purchase. We may request a clear photo or short video to assess the fault. If confirmed, we’ll replace it with free shipping—or refund you in full if a like-for-like isn’t available. (Misuse or physical damage isn’t covered.)
