Its rounded foam body feels soft and compressible in the hand, with an opening formed into the sponge rather than a separate hanging cord. That string-free design is the defining difference.

The Wet formulation includes Lactagel as a moistening agent. It is already prepared for insertion, so there is no need to activate the gel with water. Take a relaxed moment to learn the shape and the removal opening before your first use.

Each sponge is individually wrapped, making it straightforward to carry a fresh one in your bag. The pack choices change how many you receive, rather than the sponge style, so you can choose a smaller pack or keep a few more handy.

Beppy is designed for activities such as swimming, sport and intimacy during your period. You still choose what feels good for you, and regular changes remain part of the routine. A period product can be practical without taking over the whole evening.

Best For

Anyone who enjoys an internal period-care option and would like a string-free design for swimming, movement or a close-fitting outfit. The soft foam and pre-moistened finish offer a different way to get comfortable with your usual plans.

It can also be a useful choice for consensual intimacy during your period. Keep your comfort, your own pace and your usual sexual protection part of the picture, then let the evening be whatever you fancy.

Product Information

ℹ️ Brand: Beppy

ℹ️ Style: Soft + Comfort Wet stringless menstrual sponges

ℹ️ Material: Flexible foam, pre-moistened with Lactagel

ℹ️ Pack Choices: 4 Pack or 8 Pack

ℹ️ Use: One use per sponge

ℹ️ Wear Time: Change regularly to suit your flow, and never wear one sponge for more than 8 hours.

What’s Included

ℹ️ 4 or 8 individually wrapped Beppy Wet menstrual sponges, according to your chosen pack

Getting Comfortable

Start with clean hands and read the enclosed instructions. Gently compress the sponge and insert it with your finger in a relaxed position. For removal, use the opening or gently grip the sponge with your fingers. Taking your time on the first try helps you get to know the design.

Keep unused sponges sealed in their wrappers. Once used, place the sponge in the rubbish rather than the toilet. Each one is disposable, so start fresh with a new sponge rather than washing and reusing it.

Beppy is period care, not contraception or protection against sexually transmitted infections. Keep your usual protection in place; our condoms and dental dams collection offers separate options for safer sex.

As with other tampons, toxic shock syndrome (TSS) is a rare but serious risk. If sudden fever, vomiting, diarrhoea, dizziness or a rash develops, remove the sponge and seek urgent medical help. If you cannot remove a sponge, seek medical assistance promptly.

Tip: Keep a fresh wrapped sponge and the instructions together in your bag.
