Return & Exchange Policy

1. Love It or Return It
We want you to absolutely adore your new purchase. If it’s not quite right, simply return it within 30 days, provided it's in original, unopened packaging.

For lingerie and wearable items, we gladly accept returns if unworn, unused, with tags attached and original packaging intact.

All returns will receive a store gift card for the item's value—just cover the return postage, and your gift card will be ready to use whenever you’re ready, oh, and there's no expiry.

2. Faulty Item? We've Got Your Back!
If your product isn’t working as promised, simply send us a clear photo or video within 30 days of purchase. We will promptly:

- Replace your item with free shipping, or

- Issue a full refund if an equivalent replacement isn’t available.

Rest assured, genuine defects are covered fully—no fuss or dramas. (Please note, misuse or physical damage isn't covered.)

3. Quick Troubleshooting Tips Before You Reach Out

- Use fresh, standard batteries and ensure they're inserted correctly.

- Double-check that the battery compartment is securely sealed—this keeps your toy waterproof.

- Hold the power button for a few seconds to turn most toys on/off (helps avoid accidental activations).
