For items that are defective due to manufacturing, The Love Shop offers a 30-day replacement warranty. This warranty does not cover goods damaged by misuse.
Regular batteries are required for all sex toys. Make sure you insert the batteries correctly and don't store your toy with batteries inside.
It is important that you seal the battery compartment properly. If the lid isn't on correctly, it will not be waterproof anymore.
To turn on/off 99% of sex toys, hold the on/off switch for a few seconds. This is to ensure that you don't accidentally turn it on/off during play.
If you have tried all the points above and still can't get your item to work, we will replace it. However, there is no warranty for physical damage.
Due to health regulations, Lingerie and wearables cannot be exchanged or returned unless the item arrives damaged.
There are no exchanges or refunds because you change your mind.
